I have a Delivery Chart where the mother's blood type is negative and she is given Rhogam.
Should I code this and with what code. I am looking at RH Incompatibility..
 
Prophylactic immunotherapy

Use V07.2 as a secondary Dx which is Prophylactic immunotherapy (Administration of RhoGAM)

Anyother suggestions....?
