Wiki E03.4 vs E03.9?

If a provider states "hypothyroidism due to acquired atrophy of thyroid", would it be appropriate to use E03.4 (Atrophy of thyroid (acquired) instead of E03.9 (Hypothyroidism, unspecified), since E03.4 is more specific?
 
When I code this out in my encoder, selecting Hypothyroidism -> due to -> atrophy of thyroid; this codes out to E03.4. I would use that.
