HOW DO I BILL FOR E0781 AMBULATORY INFUSION PUMP FOR PATIENT AT HOME ? I GOT ALL DENIED FOR MODIFIER. CAN I ONLY BILL AS RENTAL WITH RR ?
OR IS THERE A MOD FOR PUMP WHEN SOLD TO PATIENT ?
 
NU is the modifier usually used when the equipment is sold rather than rented. But different payers have very different policies and billing requirements for reimbursement of medical equipment, so it's hard to say if that's the problem with your particular claim or not. You'll probably need to either contact your payer or review their policies to know for sure.
