Hello fellow Coders! I hope everyone is well today. I was approached by one of our providers that was thinking about beginning a new service in our PT department for patients that are post-operative after Total Knee Arthroplasty. He was wanting some more information on the above HCPC's before our practice goes forward with implementing these services. I was able to pull allowed amounts from Medicare along with the MUE's etc. but was wondering if any one is currently billing out E1810 & E1811 and could share a little bit more information with me. Specifically, are you seeing reimbursement from all carriers? Has this been worthwhile for your practice? Do you have to bill this HCPC with any other code? Any advice or knowledge you possess, even minimal, would be greatly appreciated as this is completely new to me.
