our doc reads echos done at the military facility. medicare has denied those claims stating that the code 93306-26 is inconsistant with the place of service code 26. she told me we couldn't use p.o.s. 11 & our office for the location and p.o.s. with the AFB location. the location will be the AFB. so, is there a different cpt code the echo reads or how do i go about billing these?
