Hello everyone, and Happy Thanksgiving! Wondering if anyone can help me with the below...?

- When the doctor is not affiliated with a company and he performs an echo, can we bill that Echo under the Director of the Echo lab for the technical component? Then the doctor, himself, can bill for the professional component?

Also, there is no facility NPI. We have a group NPI, but we still have to enter something into rendering physician... how do we do all that?

TWO SEPERATE CLAIM TO BE BILL. 99306-26 IS FOR RENDERING PROVIDER, USE PROVIDER NPI AND THIS DOCTOR MUST BE BILL AT HIS PRIMARY PRACTICE LOCATION (WITH DIFFERENT TAX ID) SYSTEM; 99306-TC IS FOR THE FACILITY, EACH FACILITY SHOULD HAVE NPI AND TAX ID. DEPENDING ON YOUR SOFTWARE SET UP. THE RENDERING DOCTOR SHOULD HAVE NPI, TAX, ADDRESS ON FILE WHEN YOU ENTER PROVIDER NAME. HOPE THAT HELP.
