dr says he was screening for :)aortic aneurysm due to family history.

is there any code that will pay for this or
he just wont get paid for screening because of family history any insight would help thanks
 
A couple of questions...

Has the test been performed? Were there any findings on the test if it was done? If there were findings, then I would code the results.

If the test has not been done query the provider for any symptoms he may not have documented. My docs forget sometimes to put what is in their head on the paper. I have to remind them to "Think in ink"
