When coding an Echo (93306 or 93308) do you find your diagnoses from the body of the report, the summary or the indication. This has been brought a few times and i am curious to see how other people find there diagnoses.

I code from the summary as our summaries are comprehensive and correlate what is in the body of the report. If there is documentation within the body but it is not listed in the summary, it would be best to query if you can to see if it is a finding that should be picked up and coded.
