We are having an issue with the ECMO codes 33960-33961 can anyone tell me how you are billing these codes to Blue Cross. They are rejecting our claims stating initial day must be billed on same claim as subsequent days. We are unable to do this because the same doctor who does the initial day may not be the one who does the subsequent days.
