Does any one know if when billing professional charges for anesthesiologist for CPT 00104 under pos 52 is valid. I have Magellan denying all our claims stating that "services are not covered when performed in this POS". (note: services are being render in a neuropsychiatric hospital or coding team stated that POS 22 is not valid) I haven't been able to located the Magellan policy to verify which POS are valid/supported.

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.
