Wiki ED Billing for CPR started in Ambulance

Our ED coders have an issue that we can't seem to find a clear answer to. If CPR is started by the ambulance and continues in the ED upon arrival can the ED charge for it? Some say sure, why not? Others seem to remember something that said no. Anybody know for sure?
