I think so....

Are you referring to CEDC? This is a administered by AAPC and was designed by a physician coding guru, Dr. Granovsky. I took it and it is a challenging but fair measure of ED coding skills.
However the CPC which only has a few ED questions is still an industry standard. I'll throw this out to others but it seems to take a while for specialty certs to catch on.
