I have a provider that sends a book of exercises home with her patients. She goes over the exercises while in her office so we can charge for the time, but I was wondering if there was a code we can use to charge the price of the book itself?
 
You might be able to bill 99071 (educational supplies), would depend on your payor though, if they're willing to reimburse it.
