Wiki EEG BILLING

I work for a neurologist group in which some of our doctors are on call and read EEG's that are done in the hospital. We have had an issue with UHC not paying the read because there is not a separate authorization for the EEG. Has anyone else came across this? This would be for the old code of 95951 and the new code of the 95720.
