New to Neurology Coding and need help in clarifying when CPT code 95951 should be billed verses CPT code 95816. Any help is appreciated!!!!

CPT code 95816 is for a routine EEG recording (awake and drowsy) and CPT code 95951 is for a video EEG over at least a 24 hr. period.
 
Donna, this is what the provider put as technical description: "This is an 18-channel digital Nihon Kohden recording with standard montages.
