Can you bill CPT 43251 - egd with snare, if a provider used the snare to remove lodged food?
 
No, you should use 43247 for EGD with removal of foreign body. 43251, per CPT description, is for snare removal of a tumor, polyp or other lesion, which is a different procedure.
