EGD w/ Balloon dialation performed no stricture. Can I bill this?

Indication are Dysphasia. Dr. states Balloon dialation was used to confirm absence of stricture. I am thinking I cannot charge since there was no stricture found. BX also done. pt does have Barrett's. Can I bill the dialation?
 
We bill the dialation frequently with just dysphagia as the diagnosis and have never had a problem with payment. One of our surgeons feels that even if a patient does not have a stricture, that the dilation does give them symptomatic relief.
