Good Morning,
looking for guidance on coding the attached op report. The provider is trying to bill for 3 EGDS. They show the 43251 snare tech & then they also show the 43255 for control of bleeding. ( I didn't think we could use this because it states no active bleeding) Also they wanted the cpt code for use of the polyloop used for the removal of the larger polyp. Would this be correct? I realize there are more then 1 polyp(s) removed. Please advise
