My doctor did a EGD with a removed a stent in the stomach and did a necrosectomy. Then he placed another stent in the stomach. After looking for necrosectomy cpt code seems like there isn't any that would apply. Unless I'm missing it, I would use a unlisted code 43999? Any what code would be comparable to it for RVU purposes.
