EGD with G-Tube removal in Outpatient Surgery Dept

Can we bill for the EGD as well as the removal of the G-Tube if done at the same time in the OR?
 
If your provider inserted the g-tube you cannot bill for the removal. It is included in the payment for the insertion of the tube.
