Wiki EGD with peg change

My physician performed and EGD and change the patient's peg. Would you code 43246 or would you code 43235 and 47360 with a 59 modifier? I am thinking the second one but just wanted to double check.

I agree with your answer. Only one code is needed for this procedure if done endoscopically. If this was done manually then an E&M code should be assigned.
