EGD with radiofrequency ablation, no Barrett's

Hello,
Please help me with this case?
Doctor did EGD with radiofrequency ablation. This patient does not have Barrett's. The scope was taken to the 2nd part of the duodenum. The ablations were done with HALO 9o, on areas of telangectasia, which where in the lower esophagus.

Would this be billed as 43270?
