If the doctor does an extensor hallux longus tendon repair of the great toe with sutures, and then goes further and does a percutaneous pinning of the distal phalangeal joint, how I would code the pinning?

I've got 28208 for the EHL repair, but I'm stumped on the rest.

Any advice would be appreciated.
