EHP Denials for Z00.110 and Z00.111

We are receiving denials/retractions from EHP for billing 99381 or 99391 with Z00.110 and Z00.111 but these are the appropriate age codes.
 
So, all of the patients you use Z00.110 are under 8 days and the ones you are billing Z00.111 are 8-28 days old? If so, what is the denial reason or code you are receiving for these services?
