Is it ok, if, after the doctor electronically signs that he read the report if his MOA then also notates on the report that pt was notified and scheduled per doctors orders on the report?

Just to clarify, both are electronically noting on the same medical report in EHR.

I don't know why they would, I was just asked if it was ok.
