CAH - 93005 EKG without interpretation or report. Can we charge this in our ED and lab if it is being read by our physicians and mid-levels and not being sent out to be read? We are being told that as long as we have the tracing we are fine and then we are being told no that we have to have a report from it being read. Can someone help me on this?
