Is anyone else having their diagnostic ekgs, performed at the time of an AWV denied, when a modifier -59 is attached to 93000? In previous yrs, claims pd?
 
Is this for G0402? If so, you would use G0403 and not 93000 with modifier 25 on G0402--makes no sense to me why 25 is added to G0402 but it won't be paid if not attached.
