Hi all!

I am an apprentice coder and just wanted to ask for some advise on the following EKG read/interpretation by provider?

If the the text reads as : Sinus tachycardia ST & T wave abnormality, consider anterior ischemia - would the anterior ischemia be definitive to assign appropriate Dx or would the appropriate Dx be just R00.0? I just want to make sure regarding the 'consider' being used by provider?

Thank you!
