Hi all! :)

I have a EKG interpretation text that I just want to make sure I understand and assign the correct Dx to this (I do not want to always rely on Google) : I have assigned Dx R94.31 for this would anyone agree ? Or may someone please advise me if I am incorrect?

  1. Sinus rhythm Borderline low voltage, extremity leads
