Hospital setting-usually in ER-multiple EKG's in same day. Would you do each line separate and after first one do a modifier 76?
Would a -59 go on any lines? Sometimes there will be 3 in same day, sometimes 4 or 5.

I am in KY and we bill the first line and then the second line get a 76 if there are 3+ you use units. I bill these everyday and we don't have any issues. Hope that helps.
 
Yes, thank you! That sounds right to me. On that 3rd do you also put 76 and how ever many units? Or no 76 past the second line?
