Wiki EKG question

I work in a cardiology practice and have a question on EKG billing. Usually when a patient visits our office and an EKG is performed the physician or NP they're seeing review them and signed them on the same day, there are some instances where they sign them the next day. The issue that has arisen is that our new NP does not read her own EKGs when performed at the time she sees patients. She reviews them for any arrhythmias, but our EP provider signs off on them (usually the next day). Any guidance on how to bill this scenario would be greatly appreciated.
