Is there a CPT code for this? My surgeon performed an elbow arthroscopic partial synovectomy (29835), elbow chondroplasty radial head, and an elbow microfracture radial head. I don't see a CPT code for this so I was wondering should I use 29837 (limited debridement) for the chondroplasty and microfracture?
