Wiki Elbow tenotomy with Topaz

I have an op note that states the Common extensor tendon was identified with a partial tear and microdebridement and tenotomy was undertaken with the Topaz procedure in a gridlike fashion. I feel that this should fall under 24358, but wonder if I should use unlisted. In Coach it states the the Topaz is an actual tool used to perform the surgery. So why would the physician refer to it as the Topaz procedure?
