...pt has pain after ORIF of radial head with Essex Lopresti lesion....my surgeon may be doing
A. ulnar shortening-25390
B. radial head resection-24130
C. radial head arthroplasty-24365
D. IOM reconstruction with bone-tendon-bone allograft (Interosseous Membrane) My question, is the IOM reconstruction included, unlisted, 22 modifier???
