Wiki Elective pregnancy termination and IUD Removal

Hello,

Need help coding; patient 8.4 wks pregnant with IUD still in place, came in for pregnancy option counseling. Patient decided to Elective terminate pregnancy by medication. An ultrasound, less than 14 wks was done, IUD removed, and medication given Mifepristone 200mg and Misoprostol 800mcg (4 units x 200mcg). Mifepristone administered in the clinic and Misoprostol to administered at home. Will the following DX and CPT be correct to bill?

Hi, I personally would add O26.31. Yes to the mod 25, no to the 51 because an ultrasound isn't a procedure, so you only have one procedure.
