Hello,
The doctors in my office frequently use a diagnosis of elevated IMT score. I've been using 793.99 (other nonspecific (abnormal) findings on radiological and other examinations of body structure). Is that the correct code I should be using?

If the provider is referring to carotid intima-media thickness (IMT), you could consider using:
447.8 - Other specified disorders of arteries and arterioles
or
447.9 - unspecified disorders of arteries and arterioles
