How would you code ELEVATED LFT? This is all that is on the script. I know I had a similar question yesterday but it's being debated at the office where I work and we all want to get on the same page. I say 794.8 but it's being debated. Can you help me out here? Thanks
 
If they got the diagnosis from the blood test 790.6 and if they got it by radiology (Scan/sono etc.,) I think 794.8

Abnormal LFT

This was debated in our office and we settled on 7906, whereas previously we had been using 7905.
