Is there just one website you can go to besides Availity to estimate the patient's responsibility for the office visit?
 
Some payers have ''cost estimator" on their website. If you need estimates for office visit only, then most likely it is just a copay. If there are any other service, then it is best to creat an excel calculator that will do the job. See an examp on the pic.
