:o We have a patient that use to have HMO, now 2 years later has only medicare part A and medical for emergency /pregnancy related services, so this patient will be consider as cash now. this is a Hem-Onc office, she will came as a f/u for hx of breast cancer.

please advise.

What exactly is your question? If she no longer has Medicare Part B coverage, through either traditional Medicare or an HMO, she is private pay, and should be treated as any other private pay patient.
