Any advice on good study tools (books, online course, etc..) that are good for preparing for the EM certification exam?
 
The test was fairly straight forward. The only thing that was a little tricky were questions in regards to sleep study evaluations. I was not as familiar with those records. Reviewing the 1995 and 1997 DG are good (available on CMS website). Otherwise the online E&M Course through AAPC was sufficient. Good luck.

Was the format for the CEMC the same as the CPC exam with 150 individual questions, or was it 1 question with multiple parts? I hope you understand my question lol

As a minimum I HIGHLY recommend the Practice Exam. The questions have the "rational" button, the way the webinar quizes do. It gives you great perspective on how AAPC is evaluating the notes. E/M is SOOO subjective at times. You can be perfectly right about something, but if you aren't the one grading the test does it really matter with regards to getting the specialty certification?
