Hi all,
I am new biller on acupuncturist/chiropractic. I am confused on EM and how often do we use.Patient was treated with the same diagnosis and the same procedures for 5 -9 treatments. Do I need to code EM every visits interval 2-3 days. How about same patient but different dx at last visit??
