Does anyone have info on E/M distribution for rural EDS?

Distribution

There is an organization that publishes ED E&M distribution my hospital. I am not recalling the name, but it was an offshoot of American Medical Ass. and is in Chicago. However it isn't free. They require an annual fee. Of course CMS publishes ED codes and volume but not by hospital. And AAPC also provides some general ED distribution information.
I have done a lot of research on ED E&M distribution for articles and presentations. As a general rule, rural hospitals tend to have lesser acuity and therefor a lower distribution of 99281-5 and 99291. However there are many other variables including Medicare populations, documentation quality etc.
If you would like to discuss privately I'm at straffcon@aol.com.
