I am having trouble finding what is the minimum documentation for emergent minor procedures like chest tubes, intubation, central lines, & CPR
This is typically the documentation I get from my docs......will this suffice?
For 32551 & 31500
"We intubated him, took two attempts but we were able to get the tube down. We placed two chest tubes in. The right sided chest tube put out about 250 cc., did not have an air leak. The other chest tube put out about 500 cc. and had a massive air leak."
For 36556
"I was able to put a central line in his groin area and get back good flow"
For 92950
"patient recovered after 2 rounds of epinephrine and amiodarone...."
