Wiki Emla Cream used prior to Circumcision

Is anyone billing for the use of Emla cream (lidocaine/prilocaine) being applied to penis before circumcison is performed?

If yes, what HCPCS code are you billing with please?

Thought I'd bump up this question and ask one of my own:

Does anyone include epinephrine as a billable injection when a circ is done? I've never billed it, but my doc wants to know if it's billable. My hunch, is that it's the same as Marcaine and Lidocaine and that the cost of the procedure covers it...
