Question regarding employee flu shots. 
Our clinic strongly recommends (but does not require) employees to receive flu shots. For our employees who have insurance, the insurance gets billed. For employees without insurance (eg. new employees whose insurance isn't yet effective), the charges are written off.
What kind of compliance issues can we run into with this. It doesn't sit right with me that we do this, but I need something documented to show that we either bill everyone the same, or we bill no one, and offer the vaccine as an employee benefit.
