Does anyone know the chapter reference for the
"cloning of medical records" from Medicare?
Are there any other sources which might be
helpful to use for education of our providers?

There is information on the Medicare website under the medicare guidelines you really have to look for. I found it by accident.. Also you can look under audit information for medicare. Hope this helps. And they do audit for cloning.
 
Check your carrier's website because some of them have policies for the cloning of records.
