I wanted to get some clarification regarding ROS statement 10 or more systems evaluated. Systems not marked are negative unless listed in HPI and PMH. In our EMR system I see this box is checked a lot and no systems are individually checked. I understand that this means they reviewed 10 or more systems but does the examiner have to individually check mark each box or can they just check mark the box with the 10 or systems reviewed statement.
