What is the correct CPT code for an end-to-end arteriovenous fistula? The doctor states in the op report that he dissected the artery and the vein and did and joined them together in an end-to-end fistula. I used 36821 and was questioned stating it was an autogenous graft and it should be 36825. Any help would be appreciated.
