Wiki End-to-End testing

I am just trying to check in and see where everyone is on End-to-End testing. Are you participating? How did you get started?

We want to end-to-end test. We want to dual code. We want to do it all if we can!

Our vendor and clearinghouse keep telling us they will be ready for ICD 10. However, when we start to talk about end-to-end testing, they get cagey. I am pretty sure we are being given the "run around."

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi:

We are waiting on our billing software to release its ICD-10 compliant version (should be Q1 2014) before we can conduct our end to end testing with those carriers we file directly to. We are also hoping that the clearinghouse they pass our claims through will conduct extensive testing based on the lessons learned from the 5010 upgrade.
In the meantime, our ICD-10 implementation team is pulling records to determine if the provider's documentation can support a specific ICD-10 diagnosis code to identify areas of concern.
