if the dr is doing an endarterectomy of the left sfa, cfa, and profunda (femoral) can he could for all three 35302, 35371, 35372 or would he just code 35302 and 35372. if neither way is right can someone please enlighten me
 
If they are non-contiguous and documented as such, then bill for all three of those. If they are not documented as non-contiguous then you bill for the most extensive.
